Title: Fomulation Scientist

Work Arrangement: Full Time

Work Location: Remote Support.

 

Description:

 

Develop and optimize deodorant products by creating and testing new formulations, ensuring they are stable, effective, and meet regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include blending ingredients, performing stability and performance testing, analyzing data, and collaborating with other teams like marketing and regulatory affairs.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform reverse engineering of cosmetic/aerosol formulas
• Run qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis (GC/MS, HPLC, ICP-OES, etc.)
• Identify and measure propellants, actives (e.g., ACH), vehicles, structuring agents, emollients, fragrance compounds, etc.
• Handle aerosol extraction safely

 

 

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Aerosol Fomulation Reverse Engineering.

• Bachelor`s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

• Advanced knowledge of project management processes and tools.

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
